J.T. Allen has over two decades of experience in higher education. With a focus on adult students, he has helped dozens of college clients find, enroll, and retain thousands of students. For many years, he ran myFootpath’s 100‐seat call center in Chicago’s West Loop, where he deployed a variety of technologies and campaigns to generate inquiries, grow application numbers, survey alumni, and recruit students. He excels at helping clients build processes that are cost‐effective and sustainable. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Michigan and previously held business analyst roles with Ernst & Young.
