Operation ReEngage Provides:

Complimentary Assessment

The first step is to understand your reengagement potential through our proprietary assessment process, which includes National Student Clearinghouse data. We will then provide a comprehensive “house list” generated from at least 20 years of admit data of eligible students, as well as student segments for targeted communications and a revenue forecast.

Data Analytics

Data Analytics

We provide analytics on your stop-out students who have a high likelihood of returning, along with their contact information so you can maximize reach.

By utilizing the National Student Clearinghouse Premium Service, we are able to pull degree and enrollment status and then remove any students who enrolled at another institution or who have already obtained a degree. We then overlay institutional eligibility criteria. Our analytics process is continually updated for your institution, so you always have a current list of eligible students along with their contact information.

Marketing

Marketing

Our turnkey solution, designed to complement your existing brand, will reach your stop-out populations through a customized marketing plan that includes engaging content, digital campaigns, and telephone outreach. In addition, we create a customized cultivation plan to ensure that your institution is “in the conversation” when potential students make the decision to return to school.

Re-Enrollment Coaching

Re-Enrollment Coaching

For more than two decades, we have built deep expertise in recruiting and re-enrolling adult students. Our team knows how to reduce the barriers and help students get back on track.

Retention Services

Retention Services

We retain students with ongoing coaching designed to support and encourage them from re-enrollment through graduation. We start with periodic enrollment check-ins and student surveys. Then, we collaborate with your institution to overlay additional retention services and resources as needed.
