Robyn Palmersheim has been working in higher education administration for more than 18 years. She has held a variety of roles in admissions, marketing, and operations. Most recently, she served as the vice president of enrollment services for TCS Education System, a nonprofit system of colleges, where she worked for five years. Prior to that, Palmersheim held senior management positions with Kaplan Higher Education Corporation and American Intercontinental University. She is well regarded in the admissions field for her vast knowledge of recruitment practices and innovative solutions. She helps clients build both the enrollment management and retention functions through a collaborative approach that drives results.
With over 15 years of digital marketing and lead-generation experience, Martez is obsessed with marketing and lead generation as a means to level the playing field for smaller firms. A 2006 business management graduate of Robert Morris University, Martez has led marketing teams at M.L. Ellis Construction and Third World Press. In 2012, Knox and a partner launched Creatively Smart-an experiential marketing and lead-generation firm. While at Creatively Smart, Knox ran lead generation for clients as diverse as ADT, Vivint, SafeLink, Life Wireless, Best Home Healthcare Network, AttorneyFone, and dozens of others. With extensive experience in every part of the marketing funnel, Knox has proven to be an “outside-the box thinker” and marketing executive.
Over 10 years, George Rohde’s academic research and professional work has been centered on guiding and empowering students to attain college degrees. His role at myFootpath includes developing and deploying student‐facing, client‐specific, and/or internal solutions that enhance collaboration, student satisfaction and engagement, and student success. In addition to his role at myFootpath, Rohde serves as a partner for DePaul University’s Consortium for Leadership, Education, and Assessment Research (CLEAR) institute. He also chairs the Sister Cities Education Initiative that focuses on strengthening alliances within higher education institutions across the globe. Academically, Rohde earned his B.A., M.A., M.Ed., and PhD from DePaul University.
Over a career spanning 40 years, Tom Abrahamson has helped hundreds of colleges define their brands and grow their enrollment. He spent more than two decades at higher education marketing agency Lipman Hearne, serving as the firm’s CEO, and chairman. Prior to Lipman Hearne, Abrahamson worked at three universities as an administrator, including nine years at DePaul University in Chicago — his last position as associate vice president for enrollment management and dean of admissions. He is very active in higher education and nonprofit leadership. He has served on the American Marketing Association’s (AMA’s) board of directors, is currently a member of the AMA’s Foundation board of advisers, and immediate past chair of the board of trustees of Dominican University. Abrahamson co‐authored the book Net Proceeds: Increased Revenue from Enrollment and Advancement ‐ Guaranteed!, published by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
J.T. Allen has over two decades of experience in higher education. With a focus on adult students, he has helped dozens of college clients find, enroll, and retain thousands of students. For many years, he ran myFootpath’s 100‐seat call center in Chicago’s West Loop, where he deployed a variety of technologies and campaigns to generate inquiries, grow application numbers, survey alumni, and recruit students. He excels at helping clients build processes that are cost‐effective and sustainable. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Michigan and previously held business analyst roles with Ernst & Young.
